Beach Daze is perfect for a Lake Michigan getaway, wine tasting weekend, and anything in between. While the home does share a wall with an adjoining unit, the owners have thoughtfully designed the space for guest privacy and a peaceful getaway.

This duplex home is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with an updated interior and a large backyard. Just one mile from Warren Dunes, the central location is perfect for enjoying all that Harbor Country has to offer!  You can easily walk to  local favorites like The Historian and Local Pour, or take a short drive to the Greenbush Brewery, Sawyer Garden Center, and Infusco Coffee in fun downtown Sawyer. 

Walk into the front door to the right of the building into a thoughtfully laid out living space with a decorative fireplace and lots of cozy seating just waiting for you to book, check in, and enjoy! The large smart TV features lots of streaming options (no cable TV) like Hulu, Amazon prime, and Netflix. The sofa can pull out to accommodate one extra guest. 
 
Move through the house and you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with all cookware and serveware provided. Comfortable kitchen includes a modern, farm-style table perfect for breakfast, board games, or a meal off the grill. Off the main living area are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom contains two sets of bunks while the other features a Queen bed and dresser. 

The backyard is large, and partially enclosed with a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining, and tons of space to play! A bluetooth speaker is available for you to play some tunes while you grill or throw a frisbee. 

There is a washer and dryer for guests to use right off the kitchen area and the owners have provided a cooler and 4 beach chairs for guests to use. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this home.

Parking
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Please keep to the right as this is shared parking with the separate and unrelated unit to the right.

Beach Access
1.5 miles south of Warren Dunes State Park, 3 miles north of Cherry Beach in Harbert

Mr Coffee drip coffee maker and a French press

Television
There is 1 smart TV in the living room with Xfinity streaming. Please use your own services and make sure to log out when you are done.

Security
There is a doorbell camera that looks out at the driveway.

Grill
There is a propane grill, we supply the propane.

Fire Pit
There is a fire pit, fire wood can be purchased at multiple locations nearby.

Garbage service
The garbage truck will come Tuesday morning, please put the cans out Monday night as they can come pretty early.

Beach Items
There are 4 beach chairs (approx), 1 cooler, some yard games, beach umbrella and some noodles.

Laundry
The washer and dryer are located near the kitchen

Pets
No pets allowed and no exceptions can be made, sorry pet friends!

Landscaping
Landscapers will come every other week as needed during the middle of the week to cut the back yard grass.
