This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has everything you could need to enjoy a getaway in downtown New Buffalo! When you walk up to the home you'll pass through the charming front porch with cushioned swing and chairs. Step through the front door into the light and bright living and dining room with a large TV and streaming services.

Move into the home where you will find 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with clean and cozy linens and a full bathroom. The home features a spacious eat-in kitchen with fully stocked cooking supplies. No need to bring diry laundry home with you, the home has a full size washer and dryer for you to use.

The home sits on a large corner lot which is fully fenced in with a nice lawn. There is also a gas grill at the home for you to use along with grilling tools.

The location is ideal, just a block from Beer Church Brewing company and a short walk to all that downtown New Buffalo has to offer! Walk to the beach in only 4/5 of a mile and lounge in the sand, have a swim, or simply enjoy a breathtaking New Buffalo sunset!

How Far is the Beach?
New Buffalo Public Beach is 4/5 of a mile walk. Please click here for a map. You can walk or you can drive and park, please note that there is a fee to park and they accept cards at the parking kiosk.

Is the yard fully fenced?
The yard is fully fenced but we can never promise that your doggie can't get out, we know sneaky they can be at times. The best play is to keep them on a leash if unsupervised.

This is a lovely, well-kept rental in a great location. We could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house is clean and well-maintained. Lots of great spots to rest, relax, and spend time with family and friends. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. One of the showers has incredible water pressure-- a real treat. The beds were comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. Nice big backyard. A great find!
We had one minor issue and it was resolved quickly and easily. The owners/property managers are outstanding-- responsive, kind and professional!

We loved our stay at the Happy Bungalow! I went with my husband, father (73) and daughter (1) and it was perfect for all of us. The house is really cute and comfortable and we loved being on the screened in front porch. We could not believe how well stocked the house was - they had tinfoil and plastic bags. That is an Airbnb first for me. The location is incredible, we walked everywhere all weekend.
We needed a pack and play and Third Coast dropped one off less than an hour after I called.
The only negative for us was the beds. The mattresses were uncomfortable.
I would definitely stay here again and/or rent from Third Coast again.

Fabulous location! The house felt larger in person and was perfect for us. We had 6 adults (3 families) and 3 children. It was the perfect amount of space for each family to have a room and pack n play in the room. The yard is huge for playing after a beach day, and the home in general was a great set up for a friends trip. We grilled out, walked to the beach daily (bring a wagon for the kids), and walked to other dinners nearby. Once we arrived we never touched the car! The overall cleanliness could be improved upon. There was a lot of things that were in dresser drawers, under ottoman when moved, band aid in the trundle bed, and things in the dryer and on top of the dryer. Lots of little trinkets and decor on surfaces that could honestly be eliminated to help with the things that guests bring in. I don't think those negatives outweigh the home and our group would book again! Fabulous random kid things like a highchair, some kids toys, and a whole chest of board games for the adults. I think there is a lot more to this home than the listing says and it was great!! We have never been to new buffalo and we are highly considering making it a destination we visit again.

We had a nice stay! This property is in a nice walkable location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants/shops every day with kids. I appreciated the new ceramic cookware in the kitchen too.

This location was a fantastic for a long weekend getaway. The staff was extremely responsive and the house is perfectly situated in New Buffalo. We enjoyed walking downtown and to the beach (when it was too crowded to park).

The house was exactly what we needed for our first family vacation. We have little kids who absolutely loved playing in the huge backyard and it felt very safe being fenced in and on a quiet street. When it rained we relaxed for hours swinging on the screened in porch. It was so tranquil and homey. We could walk to everything - the beach, stores, restaurants, ice cream shops. The house had everything we needed and more. We made wonderful memories and would love to come back!
