Welcome to Evergreen Estate, a new home presented for guests as of 6.23.24. Large Michiana home with so many amenities - offered by Third Coast Vacations, a full-service vacation rental company run by locals who love Harbor Country.

The beach is only 7/10th of a mile mile away, making the trip to the beach easy and fun.
The main floor features a large living space with a big TV and is open to the large, fully equipped kitchen. Cook in style with modern appliances and a large dining table with extra seating as needed
Coffee lovers will appreciate the well-stocked coffee bar, offering a variety of flavors for your morning cup of coffee.
The main floor is home to two bedrooms, each with a King size bed and closet space. Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, one with a King size bed and a crib, and another with a large sleeping space including 2 twin beds, one twin-over-full bunk bed, and a Queen size bed.
The landing area upstairs has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate an office space, for those who have to sneak a bit of work in on their stay with us.
For entertainment, head down to the basement, where you can challenge your family and friends to a game of pool, foosball, or basketball! There is also a large wall mounted tv perfect for family movie nights or streaming your favorite show!
Outside, the deck offers lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a morning coffee. The backyard also features a cozy fire pit with seating, ideal for evening gatherings and marshmallow roasting. Additionally, the gazebo tent is equipped with a table and chairs, providing a shaded spot for outdoor dining or relaxation.

Parking
There is parking for four cars in the driveway. Street parking isn't allowed in the neighborhood.
Beach Access
We have deeded beach rights to the Michigan Shores Country Club Beach at the corner of Highland and Ravine, just 7/10 of a mile away.
Pets
No pets allowed, sorry!
Coffee Maker
There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker
Fire Pit
There is a wood burning fire pit in the backyard. Please be safe and replace the cover when the fire is done and out. This will keep the firepit from filling up with water. There are multiple shops in our area that sell firewood by the bundle.
Televisions
There are smart TVs in the living room, basement, one main floor bedroom and one second floor bedroom. Comcast internet makes for great streaming!
Grilling and Chilling
There is a propane grill in the backyard, we supply the propane so call if you need us.
Beach Items
There are 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and some toys. Please note that these can come and go quickly.
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage is picked up every Monday, recycling every other Monday. There is a calendar on the fridge that shows the next recyling pick up.
