Communication was excellent. We asked about both an early check in and a later checkout and Jon was able to accommodate both, which was very much appreciated.

The house is perfect for large groups. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Beds were very comfy. Used the hot tub which was awesome!

Everyone I spoke to or intearacted with was A1 knowledgable, responsive, friendly. Would recommend you to neighbors and friends who might want to rent a house in the area.

Two suggestions: #1 Suggestion - A printed copy of the guestbook in the property, onsite - would be very helpful. It takes 3 times as long to look something up on one's phone or, when there are lots of adults, they tend to all ask the person who rented the property, ie ME! for every question. If there were a hard copy, like the "before times" it would be easier for any adult to find the code to the beach or the location of the breaker box for the hot tub or whether to strip the beds or not. #2 suggestion: KEY & KEYBOX. a better chain for the single key, it fell apart repeatedly and finally could not be held together. It was almost lost and then the keybox on the garage was very hard to operate once it was opened.

Beautiful house that seemed to have all the upgrades. We slept downstairs and it was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed how convenient everything was within walking distance - from the beach to all restaurants in the area.

We spent a good portion of the day Saturday at the Bungalow and it was so cozy and comfortable. Wish the furniture was a hair more comfortable, but it was nice to relax and feel at home away from home.
