With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The master suite features a luxurious king bed and large walk in shower, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with a pyamind bunk, and the bedroom off the living room has a comfy king bed.
The condo is just steps from the famous Stray Dog restaurant, a five-minute stroll to the beach, and a two-minute walk to either marina. Plus, you're just steps away from the Amtrak station, making travel a breeze if you don't want to drive.
When you're not exploring the town, take advantage of the building's fantastic amenities! On sunny days, relax by the outdoor pool, and on chilly or rainy days, enjoy the heated indoor pool and New Buffalo's best fitness center, all just an elevator ride away.
With two private balconies and access to a beautiful rooftop patio, you'll have the perfect spot to take in breathtaking Lake Michigan views.

Bridgewater Pointe is located in a quiet community, we ask that you always keep noise to a minimum, no outside guests are allowed that are not part of your occupancy agreement and total quiet hours being at 10:00 PM nightly.
Parking
Firm maximum of three cars allowed
Pools (yes, plural)
There are two heated community pools, one inside and one outside. The outside pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through September 30 annually, the indoor pool is open all year long!
Beach Access
The New Buffalo Public Beach is only 1200 feet away, walk or drive!

Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker (Mr. Coffee)
Television
There are 4 TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The TV in the main living area has Comcast Xfinity cable and the others have hookups for devices and streaming (with fast Comcast Xfinity wifi).

There is a private washer and dryer for your to use in the laundry closet
