Property FAQs
Pool Information
The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend annually. Additional dates may be added if the weather is good, please check with us before booking if you are interested in May or September dates that are just outside of this time frame. There is a roll up pool cover, please keep the pool covered when not in use.
Beach Access
There are multiple beaches nearby in Grand Beach, the closest is the one at the end of Whitewood Road, just over 1000 feet away!
Quiet hours
Local quiet hours are from 10:00 PM eastern to 9:00 AM eastern. Please be respectful of neighbors and limit any noise at the pool and fire pit at night, thank you!
Parking
There is room for 3 cars max on site. Street parking isn't allowed and you may get ticketed if you do so. Please reach out to us prior to reserving some time if you need room for an extra car.
Coffee Maker
There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen area
Pets
We allow 2 dogs max, both must be 35 pounds or smaller. There is a $100 fee per dog.
Camera on site
There is one Ring camera facing out from the front door for safety.
Fire pit
There is a wood-burning fire pit on the pool deck, please keep fires small and safe. There are many places to buy wood by the bundle in our area.
Trash and recycling
Trash and recycling is picked up Monday morning, please make sure the cans are out Sunday night for early pick-up.
Washer and Dryer
There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen for your use. We will give you a starter supply of laundry soap pods.
