This dog-friendly, downtown home is nestled on a private gravel road, just 6/10 of a mile from the New Buffalo Public Beach and even closer to the the many shops and restaurants of downtown New Buffalo. 

The Cape Cod Cottage is comfortable and welcoming with a mix of vintage charm and modern nautical touches. The home has recently been upgraded with a nice kitchen featuring quartz countertops. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for entertaining and includes a fire pit and a grill. 

When you walk through the door to the home you’ll find a large, open plan living room with cozy seating, a large, flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace. You can log into your streaming services and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. 
The living room flows into the dining area which flows into the kitchen. Just off the dining area is a coffee bar perfect for your morning cup of joe. 

The main bathroom for the home features a tub/shower combo and is centrally located in the middle of the home. At the front of the home is bedroom one, which is perfect for adults or kids and features a trundle twin bed. Moving back through the home is the center bedroom with two queen beds. The back bedroom features a TV and a queen size bed. 

There is a security camera on the outside of the home overlooking the driveway.

Parking
There is parking for two cars in the driveway to the left of the house. PLEASE do not park in the nearby real estate office as they get mad about it. 

Washer and Dryer
There is no washer and dryer available for guest use at this home. 

Pet Policy
This home is pet friendly with a fully fenced in yard. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs to join you during your stay. 

Beach Access
The closest beach is the New Buffalo Public Beach, which is 6/10 of a mile away. Please click here for a map. You can walk of course, and there is also parking. Please note that there is a parking fee that you can pay at the parking lot kiosk.
