Nestled in a serene setting, this stunning, three-bedroom home offers a beautiful blend of comfort and tranquility, perfect for families or small groups of friends. With hardwood floors and large windows, the natural light and views combine for a true Lake Michigan experience.

The highlight of the home is the private association beach you can access directly from the lower deck below the home. The beach is only accessible for four neighboring homes, giving you plenty of room to enjoy the sand and sun in relative peace and quiet.

The warm and inviting atmosphere inside is accentuated by breathtaking views of the lake from multiple angles. The living room has a natural and cozy ambiance, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure or starting your morning with a cup of tea or coffee.

The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the lake and has an open flow to the main living and dining areas, allowing you to cook while entertaining. Imagine waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee while gazing out at the tranquil waters just beyond your doorstep.

Each bedroom has its own floor of the home.
The primary bedroom is located on the top floor of the home and includes an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located on the second floor and features a Queen bed. The third bedroom is on the lower level of the house, below the main entry level, and features a Queen bed and two twin beds.

There are five decks that overlook the water including a rooftop deck, outdoor dining with a Pottery Barn table and a dune deck that overlooks the beach.
 
The home is pet-friendly, allowing your beloved companion to join in on the fun as well!

Important Note
Please note that this house can't get Comcast so there is satellite TV and internet. The internet has bandwidth control that means that it's not great for streaming. It is perfect for emails and light web surfing.

Parking
There is parking for three cars in the driveway. The driveway is fenced on either side, so cars must be parked back to back. It's a little tricky but worth it for the truly amazing location.

Pets
One reasonably sized non-aggressive, non-shedding dog is allowed for a $100 fee.

Beach access
There is a path from the lower lakeside deck that provides direct access to the association beach which is shared by only four immediate neighbors.

Entering the property
There are thirty stairs that lead down to the front door and the bedrooms all require stairs up or down.

Coffee
There is a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine in the kitchen.

EV Charger
There is now a 220V extension card that reaches the parking area that will charge your car more quickly!

Washer & Dryer
The washer and dryer are located in the lower level of the house, next to the stairs.

Fireplace
There is a wood-burning fireplace that is available from October - May. It is closed during warm weather.
