Full of ease, light, and mid-century style, this home in New Buffalo offers its very own heated swimming pool and a wonderful location four blocks from the beach.
This stylish space features an open main-level living area with hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, and a thoughtfully updated kitchen. Step outside to take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the private backyard with an expansive patio overlooking a wooded ravine, or light the grill on the large deck!
When you're not enjoying the great outdoors, you can play Ping-Pong and darts in the garage, or head to the beach or for a cruise around this unique Lake Michigan Neighborhood.
In the evenings, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, around the fire pit or watching a movie on one of the home’s two TVs. When it’s time for bed, you'll have your choice of five bedrooms.
On the main floor, you’ll find a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a beautiful third bedroom with a pair of twin beds. The main floor also features a full bathroom off the hall
Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, a large space with a queen bed, and another bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. The basement also features a great game room, with Foosball and a large TV as well as a game table and a full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer for guests use, and while it is coin operated, Quarters are provided.

Pool Availability
The pool is open from May 20 until September 25th.
If you are interested in using the pool for dates that are just outside of this time frame, please let us know and consideration may be made depending on weather conditions. A fee for use of the pool outside of normal usage window may be added.
Beach Access
The Michigan Shores Country Club private neighborhood beach is very close to the home, just 2/10 of a mile. You do need to walk up the hill on a quiet, tree lined street. Please click here for a map and please note - this is a neighborhood beach, there are no country club facilities despite the name.
Beach Gear
There are 4 portable beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage.
There are games in the garage? Can we use the garage during the colder months?
The garage is insulated but it is not heated. There is Ping-Pong, cornhole and darts for your use.
Coffee Maker
There is a drip coffee pot in the kitchen
Are dogs allowed?
1 dog, under 50 pounds, is welcome to the home with the corresponding fee. Only one pet allowed.
