A Guest Favorite, the Leland Lodge Lakehouse is perfectly located in downtown New Buffalo. A walk to
the beach or a stroll to the quaint downtown is just steps away with everything New Buffalo has to offer.
This 4 bedroom with bonus sleeping living room and 4 full bathrooms, can comfortably sleep 14 people.
On the main floor is a fully stocked kitchen with ample seating that opens to the living room with a
fireplace and flat screen television. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, including a
2-person jacuzzi-style bathtub and upgraded showers with multiple jet sprays.
The lower level has a private entry in-law suite that includes a fireplace and 2-person jacuzzi-style
bathtub and separate rain shower/multiple jets. This floor also holds a Den with living room seating,
fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is a wet bar, mini fridge and ample counter space perfect for setting
out snacks to hang out and watch a movie. The den is also set up as an additional sleeping area with 3
queen sized beds to accommodate extra guests.
The large screened in porch off the kitchen has plenty of space for relaxing and dining. The fenced in
backyard has a fire pit and gas grill. This is a perfect home for year-round enjoyment. The home is wired
with internet and cable.

Third Coast was great at communicating through email and text though I would have preferred one form of communication (text message) once the reservation day arrived. Not everyone checks email all the time and I missed the email stating the property was ready for early check-in. Other than that, the property was exactly as listed and I felt comfortable with the entire check-in process and reaching out with any issues.This house is great for bigger groups with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It is so close to walking downtown for the grocery store, restaurants, shops and though we didn't visit this trip (too cold) - the beach. The kitchen had enough amenities for us to prepare our own food and the layout of the first floor was great for group hangouts and gathering.
