Take full advantage of waterfront living with your own private boat slip, allowing you to easily access the river and Lake Michigan for boating, fishing, and water sports.
With two separate living areas, there's ample space for both relaxation and entertaining. Five beautifully appointed bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and guests, each offering comfort and privacy. There is one bedroom with a Queen bed on the main floor and en-suite bathroom and the remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor.
Convenience is key with three full bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready for the day ahead.
Enjoy breathtaking views and outdoor living at its finest with two decks—one off the primary suite, perfect for morning coffee or stargazing, and another off the dining room, ideal for alfresco entertaining. You need options for boating, kayaks, jet skis, dinner cruises, etc, the area has many options for you. Ask us!

Access
We will provide you with a code to the front gate and the front door keypad lock with your check-in details.
Pool and hot tub
There is a community pool and hot tub for you to use, it's only 300 feet south of the house. They are open from mid-May to the end of September each year, please ask us for more specific timing if you are thinking about shoulder dates.
Coffee Maker
There is a Keurig and a drip coffee maker in the kitchen
Parking
There is room for two cars in the driveway maximum and 2 cars in the garage. There are short term overflow spots to the right of the entrance if you have a visitor during the day.
Trash
There is one trash can and one recycling can in the garage, please put them outside on Sunday night and we wil get it picked up Monday morning.
Washer and Dryer
There is a private washer and dryer on the second floor
Beach Access
Marina Isle is on the riverfront, the closest sandy beach is Silver Beach, which is only 2 miles away in St Joseph and has all the family beach fun that you could hope for!
Beach Items
There are a few beach chairs, noodles and chairs in the garage for you to use. Please make sure they are returned to the same spot where you found them.
