This bright, comfortable 3 bedroom, one bath New Buffalo vacation home can be rented alone or alongside New Buffs Studio, the studio apartment next door. The central location makes this home an ideal choice for walkability to all downtown New Buffalo has to offer, putting restaurants, shops and New Buffalo beach within walking distance for your stay.

Just a short drive away you can enjoy breweries, hiking trails, wineries, restaurants and shops.

The entrance to the home is located on a sunny patio living space which features a fire pit, outdoor dining, and an 8-person hot tub! Walk into the front door and check out all this home has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and features a coffee bar.

The open concept living space offers a large dining room table, cozy brand new furnishings with retro vibes and a large smart TV.

Just off the dining space is the main bathroom for the home as well as two of the bedrooms. The back bedroom has a brand new (as of 2025) Queen bed and a large smart TV, and just steps away is a bedroom with a brand new double bed.

One of the home’s most charming spaces is a large screen porch with cozy furnishings, perfect for a night cap or your morning cup of coffee. The retro beachy vibes are perfect for unwinding and relaxation.

Downstairs the home also features an additional TV hangout space perfect for older kids! The basement also houses the washer and dryer which are available for guests to use.

New Buffalo public beach is the closest at 9/10 of a mile from the house.   

Does this property share space with another unit?
Yes, this house shares space with a lofted studio space above the detached garage.  It is 2 separate structures and guests of the studio understand this is a shared property.  If the dates are open, you are welcome to reserve both properties if you need the room.  New Buffs Studio

Where is the parking for the property?
Parking is off of Norton St.  and you can have up to 4 cars in the driveway.
