Looking for a quiet place to getaway from it all? You found it!

This lovely Union Pier cottage will charm you from the moment you walk through the original arched doorway and Private Gowdy Shores association beaches are just a short 3 minute walk away. 

With tons of living space, this is the perfect getaway a group or family looking for some beach therapy! There is a fenced in front yard for the kids and a lovely firepit to sit by in the evenings.  Walk through the front doors into a lovely enclosed patio with a dining table and a cozy sofa. Step through the arched doorway into Anchor on Alice and you'll discover a dining area with a cozy seating area. Continue into the home where you'll find two charming bedroom and the home's two bathrooms. 

Down the hall is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, range, and more! Head down to the lower level of the home into the large den with sleeper sofa and the newly added bedroom with a large King bed. 

Off the den is a cozy patio area with outdoor dining and a gas grill. 

The home has beach equipment for guest use including Kayaks, a beach wagon, toys, chairs, and more!

Parking
There is room for two cars front to back in the driveway and two cars in the gravel in front of the house (parallel to the road please). There is no other local parking for guests, we do have a couple spaces in New Buffalo if needed.

Beach Access
The Gowdy Shores private beach is 3/10 of a mile away, walk east on Alice, take a right on Gowdy Parkway and there is a path through the woods that leads to the beach.
