Located in the heart of New Buffalo, this home is just a short walk to the restaurants in downtown New Buffalo, unique boutiques, the Amtrak stop, the marina, and the public beach.

The home features an open floor plan, two fireplaces, 4 spacious bedrooms on 3 levels, three full bathrooms, a large front porch, a screened back porch and a fenced-in yard with a newly added fitpit. 

The main level of the home features a sizable living room with comfortable seating situated around a fireplace and a large, flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with access to a screened-in back porch. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Also on the main level is large master bedroom furnished with one king and one twin bed. Off this bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with beautiful stone flooring and a stone, step-in shower.

The upper level of the home has two bedrooms. Bedroom one is furnished with a king and twin bed. Bedroom two has one queen and two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own vanity with sink and share a large soaking tub and jack and jill style bathroom.

The finished lower level has even more space for your group with an additional living area, fireplace, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Two twin beds have been tucked away on the lower level to provide an extra sleep space for guests. The lower level features a spacious bedroom furnished with one queen bed next to a full bathroom that features a walk in shower and stone flooring.  A laundry room with utility sink and counter space complete the lower level.

The peaceful and relaxing vibe of the home extends to the outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy the fully-fenced-in back yard, complete with chairs, a grill, and a fire pit. Want to curl up with a good book? Cozy up in one of the chairs on the large front porch. Feel like a visit to the beach? The home has beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon for you to use.

*** Fireplaces are operational for the months of November - March, when the weather is cool.
*** The garage is not open for guests.
