Welcome to Vista del Rio, offered by Third Coast Vacations, Harbor Country and Michiana's favorite local vacation rental company. 

The home sits on a unique lot with sweeping views of the Galien river and marshlands, in the distance you can see the overlook at the Galien River Country Park.

 This 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home sleeps 10 with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind. Not only are the views breathtaking, the home is walking distance to Sturgeon Beach and sandy Lake Michigan Beaches. 

Walk into the home and take in the open concept main living area with a large TV, designer furniture and a beautiful dining room table with top grain leather chairs and seating for 10. The huge kitchen has brand new everything with white quartz countertops and high end appliances.

Just off the dining area you’ll find a sunroom and french doors which open onto the lower level deck. The views from the home are unlike any in the area and give the home a secluded and tranquil feel.

There is also a half bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer available for guests to use. On the other side of the main floor is a large master suite with a king size bed. The bathroom off the main floor master features a luxurious walk in shower with body jets.

When you head upstairs you’ll find a professionally decorated secondary living space with a sectional, TV, bar top, wine fridge, and high top table. To the left of the stairs is a second master suite with a full bathroom and walk in shower. 

Continuing down the hall are 3 more bedrooms and a large main bathroom with soaker tub that services the upstairs guests. Two of the bedrooms feature Queen beds and one features 2 twin beds with a desk.

Vista Del Rio comes with access to Sturgeon Beach, which is 3/10 of a mile from the house, right near the Sturgeon Beach entry sign on Marquette Road. Please click here for an approximate map.

Comcast Xfinity  TV is provided, streaming is great with Youtube TV also (please use your own accounts).

There is a propane grill, we supply the propane.

There are 4 or 5 beach chairs and a beach wagon

Washer/ dryer
There is a set on the main floor and one on the second floor
