Check-in and arrangements with Third Coast went flawlessly. House was very secure. Decorated to a high level with plenty of space for a very large family.

This 99 Diamond Lane house was immaculate. It had literally everything available to you inside and out. It has every little item and feature that make you feel as if you were at your own home. Tv's in every bedroom, the poolhouse for use any time of the day or night. Smore at the Fire Pit in the back yard, minutes from everything in town. I would highly recommend this home. Open Dining/Kitchen/Living area where everyone can sit comfortable and still interact with each other. Little goodies at welcome. Internet Service was perfect. And those huge king mattreses in every bedroom

Everyone is very friendly and responsive. I have rented this property through Third Coast 3 times and will do so more next summer, maybe even this fall. I would like to know how you get priority booking with repeat access. I was told that was possible when I first booked through Third Coast.
